We mentioned in our previous review of tweets, that TEPOS (territories positive energy) are currently making the news ever since the announcement of “500,000 euros in state aid for each common Labelled” by the French Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Segolene Royal. As noted by the Via Seva association, following a meeting between the different parties concerned with heating and cooling networks, it has been announced that Grand Poitiers is one of the areas that will receive state support.
