Certification
Savelys have both the “gas professional” and “Qualicert” quality of service certificates. These two qualifications were created by the heating branch of the National Union of Maintenance and Customer Service (SNMSAV) and are awarded by the independent body SGS ICS.
Each year, the latter organization checks the quality of telephone services as well as the length of service time needed to repair facilities for contracted customers and the quality of Savelys’ advice and knowledge concerning good practice and safety. SGS ICS also carry out checks on the continuous training of technicians, the quality of claims management and the monitoring of customer satisfaction.
Since January 2015, every Savelys agency has also had the RGE mark of quality (Recognized Guarantee for the Environment) which is designed to help the public at large to recognise the best qualified professionals for carrying out energy efficiency-related projects.
Partnerships
Savelys is an official partner of many of the leading brands in the HVAC sector, as part of the company’s drive to provide its customers with a quality of service. The company is, for example, an authorized service dealer for brands such as Vaillant, Ariston, Technibel and Riello.
Similarly, Savelys works in partnership with 1300 installers, which the company recommends for plumbing and installation work. These partnerships mean that the company, although its principal sector of activity is maintenance, accompanies its customers throughout the entire process from installation to repair.
Training
Savelys has set up 8 training centres of its own to enable its employees to undergo continuous training and development to help them master technological advances in the sector. These 8 training centres employ 10 internal trainers and offer more than 70 training modules.
Modernisation
All Savelys technicians are connected to the company’s computer system via a mobile terminal and a GPS in their service vehicle. This therefore provides Savelys with an effective method of managing real-time interventions, and ensures a good response time as well as high-quality service during emergencies for its customers.
